I asked who was speaking, and he said he was ‘Daniel’ from something called ‘Claims Online’. His English sounded pretty neutral but I got the feeling it wasn’t perfect, like maybe it wasn’t his native tongue. I wasn’t having any of it, gave him a bit of a telling off, then hung up and blocked the number.
