5 yearsI got a call from a bloke speaking with a thick Indian accent claiming to be from BT Openreach’s “technical department” about my internet. We had the typical chat where I explained I’m not an actual BT Openreach customer, so they shouldn’t be calling me. Then I asked him to confirm who he was by saying my name - he gave me some totally wrong name.
