Some woman claimed she worked for Sky and accused me of someone else using my broadband without permission (yet again!). She told me to stay close to my PC and asked what devices were connected. I said I didn't have any, but she argued back saying I must have a Sky router. I then asked how long I’d had the router, and she got a bit flustered, snapping that she had no way of knowing that. I pointed out that if she really worked for Sky, she’d see that info straight away, and right after that she just cut the call!
