I dialled this number using my office phone, and received a recorded message alerting me that it's part of a scam operation linked to an Indian call centre masquerading as Microsoft. They advised not to share any personal information. Best to ignore their calls and add this number to your blocked list!

I picked up the phone, and to my surprise, they inquired about my maiden name. That instantly raised a red flag for me, as anyone I’d actually want to chat with knows me by my married name. I quickly informed them they had the wrong number and insisted they take it off their list. The chap assured me they’d sort it out.

I received a call from this number, and the caller mentioned my name. I answered but didn’t give any information, as I tend to keep things private. The person had a distinctly foreign accent, likely Asian, and began her lengthy spiel. I found myself needing to cut her off twice to get her to take my number off her list. Eventually, she just ended the call! Best to steer clear of this one!

They persistently inquire about an individual named Craig Wallace, and despite my consistent response that I have no knowledge of such a person and that this is actually my own number, they disregard what I say and continue to call. I have made several requests to have my information removed from their database, but it seems that they pay no attention to my pleas. Frustratingly, I keep blocking their numbers, only for them to resurface with a different one. It's beginning to drive me crazy. In this modern era, one would hope for the existence of a regulatory body for mobile phones that could take legal action against such companies and ultimately put an end to the harassment faced by people like myself.

I encountered a situation where the call blocking feature on my mobile successfully prevented an unwanted call. Recently, I have been receiving numerous bothersome calls. During one of these calls, I told an individual with a heavy accent to go away in rather strong terms, and he clearly did not appreciate it. In return, he responded by hurling a string of profanity and insults my way. It was quite amusing to see him struggle to fit as many offensive words and demeaning remarks into a single sentence as possible. Eventually, I got tired of his rant and ended the call, so I'm not sure how much longer he continued his tirade. Needless to say, I added his number to the list of blocked contacts along with the others.
