I got a call supposedly from HMRC about tax issues, and they told me to press 1. The person on the line used my name and tried to confirm if it was me, then asked for my postcode. They kept insisting they were from the tax office and threatened that I'd be listed for tax fraud. When I questioned how to verify their identity, they said they’d send me a number to ring back. Not long after, I received another call from 02079476655, which shows up as a London number and is marked as dangerous on this site.
