I picked up and said I was tied up and couldn’t really chat, but the bloke called back after a few minutes saying ‘we’re just here to help you’. I tried telling him again that now’s not a good time but he just cut me off. I’ve blocked the number now, they’re not doing themselves any favours! Claimed to be some kind of ‘advisory centre’ or something, supposedly offering a better life insurance deal.

Just got a call about my account saying I could get a better deal. Thing is, I’ve never had an account with AXA, so when I asked how they got my details, they just ended the call. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

The moment I picked up, they just cut the call. I've blocked the number now.

I got an automated voice saying no one's free to take my call right now and that they'd ring me back later. Then it gave me a number to call if I wanted to stop getting their calls. There was no mention of what company it was or anything else. Felt shady and a bit dodgy, so I've decided to block the number.

I do night shifts, so when these calls come through, they really disturb my sleep. I can't just turn my phone off because I've got a seriously ill family member to keep in touch with. Blocking the numbers pointless too, they just phone me from new ones every time. It's so frustrating!
