Got a call from someone claiming they were from a legal firm saying I’d been in an accident. Thought it was a bit suspicious straight away. I asked him to give me all their company info so I could report them under GDPR rules. He tried to convince me that GDPR means you only get genuine calls these days - yeah right! Said they were registered with the ukig or something. Total con artists. Then he just hung up on me out of the blue.

Got a call from someone saying they were from a company called Allay about a supposed PPI claim I never made. They kept hassling me for my DOB, address, and bank info, saying they needed it to send payment. Thing is, I've never claimed anything, so no payment's coming from anywhere. When I said to stop ringing me, they started getting rude and angry. Definitely a scam trying to fish for my personal details.
