I mentioned I wasn’t keen on altering my policy; they insisted they weren’t calling to switch providers but that this was a necessary update I had to complete. When I pressed them for the name of my insurance provider, they couldn’t provide any specifics (“we collaborate with numerous providers in the sector”).
