I just checked out AQL and it seems they might be linked to overseas scammers. According to them, they mainly provide phone numbers wholesale. One response I saw said something like - they don’t run call centres and definitely don’t do cold calls. They claimed they don’t back scammers and try hard to stop their numbers being used for that stuff. Still seems a bit fishy to me though.
