Got a call at my elderly parents place today. I picked up and some bloke named Ross from Cosy Homes was on the line! I asked if they had been asked to make the call, but he just went silent. I said didn’t think so and told him to never ring again. Then I blocked the number.

It seems that the entity behind the call is none other than Scott McWilliams. When I inquired about their identity, the chap claimed to represent an environmental group! They even left a disgraceful voicemail that ridiculed my father's name. Naturally, I decided to ring them back and caught them off guard with my call; they were quite flustered! The fellow mentioned that they would reach out to us again. Absolutely appalling spam callers, if you ask me!

I’ve been inundated with calls from this number, which insists that, as a homeowner, I'm eligible for a complimentary boiler upgrade. When I finally managed to interject and informed the caller that I'm not actually a homeowner and don’t possess this property, he just bombarded me with a deluge of questions-queried whether it was privately rented, from a housing association, or owned by the local council. I made it clear that my living situation was my own business. I also mentioned that I’ve repeatedly requested this number to be removed from their calling list on countless occasions. The caller claimed it was the first time he had rung me from 01412801001 and then continued to drone on about various products. Fed up with the entire conversation, I decided to hang up and have now blocked the number entirely. I’m thoroughly tired of these unsolicited calls!
