This number keeps calling me just to ask for a Mrs Lynn, but I’ve never heard of anyone by that name here. Sometimes they just drop the call without saying a word. I ended up saving it in my contacts as “avoid at all costs”.

This number has rung me three times just today. I don't know it, so I just let it go to voicemail. If it was anything urgent, they'd leave a message - but they never do. Even though we're signed up with the TPS, calls like this one and loads of other sales calls keep coming through. Plus, I get tons of calls from "private" or "unknown" numbers too. Honestly, what's the use of the TPS if it does nothing to stop these annoying calls?

Just got a call from GZ Solutions, which is linked to GZ Insulation over in Glasgow. Somehow they've got me on their list, maybe from this Data Octopus thing, offering a free boiler. I managed to get the supervisor on the phone and told them I’m registered with the TPS and want no more calls. I’m planning to report them properly anyway.

Got a call from this number around 12.45 today. The guy said his name was Robert and was talking about free boilers. I mentioned that I’m on the TPS list, and he said he’d take my number off his list. Not sure if he actually will though, will wait and see.

This number has rung me twice today. The first call ended as soon as I picked up, and the second one was someone asking for a person I don’t know at all. I used 1471 and 3 to ring back but just got nothing but dead air. We're on the TPS list, which clearly doesn't stop these annoying calls, and honestly, I’m getting really tired of all this nonsense.

It’s 20th November today and this number has rung me a couple of times within the last two hours. The same number was also blowing up my phone loads of times every single day last week. Got a ring from this number around 12:42 on the 6th of November, 2013. They were asking for Mr or Mrs xxxx [my old surname - which was listed in the phone book ages ago before we went off the directory]. My husband just told them there’s no one by that name at our place.

I had a call from this number and the lady claimed I needed a new boiler installed. She then started asking if I was on any benefits or if I claimed pension credit. I told her I don’t share personal info like that on the phone. Suddenly she said she’d be coming round to my house tomorrow and wanted to check my bedrooms. I told her she wasn’t welcome and ended the call. After that, I went straight to the police station on Helen Street to report it. They tried ringing the number but couldn’t get through and reassured me not to worry since they had the details. Honestly, it was a pretty unsettling experience.
