I have received three phone calls from an unknown number today. Since I am not familiar with the number, I choose not to answer. If the calls were important, I believe the caller would leave a message. On this note, they informed me about the opportunity to obtain a complimentary boiler. To address this matter, I took the initiative to preserve the conversation by way of recording and proceeded to speak with their supervisor, kindly requesting that they refrain from further calls considering my enrollment in the TPS. Nonetheless, I intend to lodge a formal complaint regarding the situation.

Today at 12:45, I received a call from the following number. The person who called me identified himself as Robert and mentioned something about free boilers. I informed him that my number is registered with TPS (Telephone Preference Service) and he assured me that he would delete my details from his database. However, only time will tell if he follows through on his promise.

The second time, they asked to speak with someone I am completely unfamiliar with.
