I received a call from these folks earlier today, and what a palaver it was! Our number isn't listed anywhere and is even registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so it’s evident they’re using some dodgy or unauthorised numbers. A company like 3 ought to be utterly embarrassed by their actions. There's absolutely no chance we'd consider using their services in the future. I did have a bit of a laugh, though - I kept the poor bloke on the line for a good ten seconds, giving him a piece of my mind. It certainly lifted my spirits! 🙂
