Today, I finally picked up, and a young woman with a Scottish accent claimed to be representing the energy council. When I inquired about who backs their operations, she simply stated they are a private entity. She went on to say, "It's your lucky day! Your password is black." Apparently, another call from a gentleman is forthcoming, and he’s meant to elaborate on how I can save money on heating and radiators. Not a chance! This number has been consistent with all their antics. I’d strongly advise steering clear of this lot! They are incredibly aggressive and lack professionalism. It’s rather alarming to think that someone vulnerable might fall for their deceitful tactics, trickery, and fabrications.
