They started asking me about my personal info, my bills, and even my boiler. Then they said I’d been picked to get a boiler replacement and wanted to send an assessor over. After digging around, I found out the calls are coming from a company named Boiler Genie, run by Andrew Stock, based in Newton Mearns, Glasgow, G77 6TZ. His mobile is 07545899599. The caller admitted that they check the TPS list every day but couldn’t explain how my number got through. He also admitted their system wasn’t working properly. this number showed up as a budget cab company, says it’s in Glasgow. i’ve had calls from 0141 280 0060 too, reckon it’s the same outfit? both sounds like those energy salespeople. if you ignore them, they just ring again later. been on the do not call list over 20 years and still get hassled loads.

Keeps showing as Cheap Taxi, somewhere in Glasgow it says. Got a call from 0141 280 0060 earlier so wonder if it's connected. Looks like both numbers belong to one of those energy sales companies. They don't leave messages but ring again if you don’t pick up. I’ve been on the TPS list for ages but that never stops these annoying calls. Caller ID says Cheap Taxi - ha, yeah, sure!

It keeps ringing non stop. When I finally got through to the recorded message, it said something about me being able to get government cash. If that was legit, why haven’t they just sent it to me already!

I’ve had loads of calls from them, always pushing new heating setups. Just another cold call lot and a proper pain. They’re only one of the many I get bombarded with daily, and honestly, I’d love to take legal action against all these scammy folks for wasting everyone’s time and pulling dodgy tricks.

I picked up the phone and there was complete silence, not a single word. I’m really baffled how they managed to get hold of my number. It’s barely a month old, only my mum and brother know it, and I’m sure they wouldn’t share it with anyone. These annoying calls are driving me mad. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Got a call around 5:45 this evening, and I calmly told them we were about to have dinner. Asked nicely if they could stop calling since we're not interested. But then the caller just snaps back with, "Hope you choke on your meal!" And get this, they're from some energy company! Unbelievable the rudeness.
