What a right bother this has been! I do wish there was a way to identify the calling number beforehand. If only we could have that info, it’d save us from having to deal with any unwanted calls. It’s like a game we didn't sign up for, isn’t it?

Whenever we answer the phone, they seem to hang up right away. It's quite baffling, really!

That was quite bothersome, I must say. I do wish we had a phone that displayed the calling number; it would certainly save us from answering unwanted calls.

I let the call go unanswered and unfortunately didn’t manage to return it. The 0141 code indicates it came from Glasgow, but the only people I would expect to receive a call from there would be the Student Loans company, and I highly doubt it’s them.
