This is Optical Express. You try to download their info brochure, so you put in your details, and when you click download, it says "thank you, we'll contact you shortly." I signed up online for a free consultation and they rang me on a Sunday, which is my no-call day as I try to avoid phone calls at the weekend to get a bit of peace. Like a few people mentioned, it’s Optical Express ringing me. No idea why they keep calling when I’ve never used their services or signed up for anything related to them. Suddenly I started seeing OE adverts on my Facebook and Instagram, and now they’re blowing up my phone several times each day! I told them to remove me from their list, but obviously they didn’t, so I just blocked the number.

Since the 7th of March, my mobile has been inundated with calls from this number, multiple times daily. I reside and work in the lovely area of Cambridgeshire, and there’s absolutely no conceivable reason for this company to reach out to me. It seems they're only keen on racking up exorbitant fees if I attempt to return their calls!

Optical express called me despite me only wanting emails. I filled out a form about cataract surgery, selected emails only, no calls cause I just wanted general info, not a pushy sales call trying to make a sale. They ignored this and even phoned me on Christmas and New Year's Day! Had to block them in the end.
