To pile on the annoyance, they’re using various phone numbers, even mobile ones, to get in touch. What really grinds my gears is they refuse to answer calls from our number whenever we try to lodge a complaint, but they’re more than happy to pick up when we ring from another line. It's utterly infuriating! This ordeal has dragged on for over a year now, and it’s high time it stopped. These individuals are nothing short of shameless!
