I saw I’d missed a call from this number, then got a text saying they’d been trying to get in touch with me. It asked me to contact Zinc and gave a reference number, along with a phone number 0141 237 1315 and an email support@thezincgroup[###]. There was also something about [#]wewanttosayyes[###]. Bit weird if you ask me.

They kept asking for personal info and when I tried to find out their identity, they just wouldn’t say. Said my birth date didn’t match their records or something. I was trying to end the call fast but they were super rude about it. Proper abrupt on the phone.

I keep gettin calls from ee eM ang, like, three times every day, but no ones actually says anything. I have no idea who they are or what it's about.

They never say who they are, and if you keep pressing them for info, they just hang up. They call nonstop, like 8 to 10 times daily sometimes. I'm guessing it might be Vanquis debt collectors trying to get you to agree to some ridiculous payment plan you can't afford?
