Got a call saying it was from NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde to confirm an appointment. Then it started asking for my birth date and other personal stuff, so I just ended the call. Now I’m not sure if my appointment’s still on or if it’s cancelled. Honestly, it’s daft they ask for personal info with no way to really check if the call’s legit.

Got a call from NHS Glasgow earlier but funny thing is, you can't return the call because their number doesn't accept incoming calls! They also never bother to leave a voice message or anything. It's so annoying, especially when I've got a bunch of appointments with different doctors and no clue what the call was regarding. This happened to me three times today - phone just rings a couple of seconds and then stops, barely enough time to pick up. What a daft setup!

Yeah, it's definitely an MHS number, but I always miss their calls somehow. When I try ringing back, it just says "this number doesn’t accept incoming calls", which is pretty annoying. Honestly, I wish they’d just send an email or a text instead, since they always ring while I’m at work.

Got calls from Autocall twice within 30 minutes and it’s so annoying. It starts to say something about an appointment but then cuts off super fast before you can even respond. Really frustrating and honestly, it’s pretty useless like this. Definitely not great to use as it is now.
