Had a phone call earlier from someone saying they were with HMRC about some tax I supposedly owed (they had some personal info!). They were threatening me with arrest or a court order if I didn't pay immediately. Then I got transferred to a woman named Victoria, who said she worked for the NRA. She rang me later from a London number (0207 2382626). It’s definitely a scam. Don’t send any money and make sure to report it to Action Fraud and HMRC. When she rang again asking about why I hadn't paid and I questioned her, she just hung up!

Today I got a call from a number (0141 2284991), with the caller pretending to be from HMRC. They had my tax info and threatened legal action including an arrest warrant if I didn’t pay immediately. Then I got transferred to a woman named Victoria who said she was from the NRA, but she rang me back on a London-based number (0207 2382626). This was obviously a scam. Do not send any money and make sure to report it to Action Fraud and HMRC. When I confronted her about not paying, she simply ended the call straight away!
