Naturally, I obliged, but then he proceeded to inform me that I had somehow failed this security process and advised that I reach out to them directly. When I pressed for more information about what this was all about, he cryptically stated that he couldn’t divulge any details due to my security failure. It’s worth noting that I’ve resided at the same address for over three decades!
