9 yearsI received a call from this number, and they left a voicemail urging me to get back to them with a reference number. However, I'm not inclined to return their call since I haven't a clue who they are. It’s likely just another scammer attempting to rake in a fortune with their dodgy tactics.9 yearsI recently received a rather peculiar phone call from a chap representing Allied International. He had a noticeable Scottish accent and proceeded to ask for my complete address for “security verification”. Naturally, I obliged, but then he proceeded to inform me that I had somehow failed this security process and advised that I reach out to them directly. When I pressed for more information about what this was all about, he cryptically stated that he couldn’t divulge any details due to my security failure. It’s worth noting that I’ve resided at the same address for over three decades! I’ve chosen not to return the call to that number, feeling quite dubious about the whole affair!Allied International10 yearsI had an unsolicited automated call mentioning AIC along with a reference number, urging me to return the call. I’m not inclined to engage with such calls.AIC10 yearsI've had my fair share of calls from this number as well. On previous occasions, the caller was an actual human who claimed to be with Allied International, discussing something related to a personal business issue. When I informed them that I didn't have any dealings with them, they insisted that I had reached out first and they were merely following up. I took the liberty of sending an email to the head office of Allied International in the States seeking clarification, but alas, I've yet to receive any sort of reply. Today, however, I was greeted with one of those automated calls, just as others have described, providing me with a reference number and urging me to return the call. This time, the call introduced itself as coming from AIC.Allied InternationalStatesAIC10 yearsI had an utterly dreadful experience with the automated voice when I answered a call from "AIC." It rudely instructed me to ring back and provide a reference number. Upon returning the call, I was shocked to find there was no mention of any company name in their response. If this indeed pertains to AIC, they had previously sent me an email, insisting I reach out to them, but they were completely unwilling to disclose the nature of their inquiry unless I divulged my personal information. I had recommended they send me a written explanation regarding the matter, yet I've received nothing to date.AICSubmit Your Own Report (0141 228 3130)
