I received a call from this number on the 17th of March 2008 at precisely 1:18 PM. The caller claimed to be from the NHS No Smoking team and mentioned that they would send some information through the post in about ten weeks. Curiously, they inquired if I was a smoker, which I am definitely not. Quite baffling, really!
