Just got a call from some so-called accident helpline, claiming I was in a car crash that never happened. Totally bogus and pretty annoying to get stuff like this out of the blue. Watch out, it’s probably just one of those scam calls.

I got a call from a number with a Scottish code and since I was expecting a callback from my utility firm, I picked up. They were going on about some car crash nonsense. When I asked how they got my number, they just cut off. The voice had a clear Scottish accent, but with all the noise in the background, I couldn’t really catch the name of their company. I reported it to the ICO, and I’d tell anyone else who gets these calls to do the same.
