I encountered a rather aggressive chap who insisted on discussing matters with the business owner. When I inquired about his identity, he only provided me with his first name. Upon asking where he was calling from, he mentioned a communications company-though the name eludes me now. I made it clear that we had no interest in acquiring an additional landline, but he continued to press on, behaving as though he was a supplier. He seemed quite irked that I refused to provide him with another contact number for the owner and began quizzing me about my name. Quite the unpleasant experience, to say the least!
