Got a really persistent bloke on the phone, kept demanding to speak to the boss. When I asked for his name, he just gave me a first name and when I inquired where he was calling from, he mentioned some telecom company (can't quite recall the name). Said it was about our landline contract. Told him we didn’t want to add another landline and he went all aggressive, acting like he was actually the provider. Got really annoyed when I wouldn’t give him a different number for the boss, then started prying for my name. Proper arsehole!
