Got a call just a short while ago from someone using a nickname I only ever share with sketchy websites, so it’s clear my info’s been leaked or nabbed somehow! They said they were from an energy firm and wanted my postcode to check if I’m on some government-backed energy deal - didn’t even know such a thing was real! Told them to quit calling me and the person promptly ended the call. Tried to call back, but it said I’d dialled a wrong number. I’m pretty sure this is one of those dodgy scams!
