I got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT, saying there was an issue with my internet. I don’t really understand much about how the internet works, so I started to feel a bit worried. But then he asked to take control of my computer, and that just didn’t sit right with me, so I just ended the call. Definitely seemed like a scam to me!

Got a call from a guy speaking with an Asian accent claiming he was from BT. He said there was an issue with my internet and offered to sort it out if I did what he said. Problem is, I don’t even use BT for my internet and everything’s working fine here. Not falling for that!
