Got a call from a guy with a strong Asian accent who said his name was James and he was ringing from BT Openreach. He claimed my router had a virus or something and that my internet would have to be off for a whole week. I just thought it sounded dodgy straight away and let him carry on for a bit before hanging up. One thing that really made me suspicious was he never said my name, and if it was really BT, I reckon they’d know it.
