Got a call from a person with a really strong Indian or Pakistani accent claiming to be from BT Openreach. They said there was a problem with my router and wanted me to open up my laptop so they could check the settings. I pretended to cooperate but never actually did anything. Then I told them I work in IT and they just ended the call straight away. Feels like it was one of those risky phishing scams to me.
