Reports on phone number 01410200519
6 yearsI got a message pretending to be from Paypal, claiming it was a purchase receipt, but it's definitely a scam trying to get your log in details.7 yearsThis felt like a scam from the start. I received a text claiming my “Chase” account was “restricted” with a dodgy link included. Right away, I knew something was off because Chase now calls themselves JPMC, not just Chase anymore. Plus, real banks don’t just send links in texts. Usually, they either ask you to check their official app, visit the website directly, or call a known phone number. So, I didn’t even click the link. I logged straight into the official app instead and found no warnings or restrictions on my account. If I’d clicked the link, I’m pretty sure my phone would’ve been compromised and my passwords stolen. People really need to stay cautious and avoid opening any unexpected links. Banks and credit card firms simply don’t do that anymore. They either have an app or a secure website. So, always type in the website yourself or use the official app - never trust links in random messages!ChaseNEVERSubmit Your Own Report (0141 020 0519)
