This number left me an automated message claiming to be about Amazon Prime, the same old scam. Since it showed as a nearby number, I decided to ring it back. Someone picked up instantly. I asked them, "Did you just call my phone?" They said, "Yeah, you're the second person in a few minutes who called me about Amazon Prime. I actually got a recorded message about Amazon Prime not long ago too, but I don’t have any Amazon account." Is it possible these scammers are using real landline numbers now?
