So I got a call about some survey for my energy company. I rang the number back and got an automated message saying something like, “Thanks for calling the Verso Group. Our office hours are until 9pm, please call during those times.” But I actually rang at 6.40pm! Then I looked them up online and found out Verso Group is based in Brentwood, London, not Golspie up in Scotland like the call seemed to suggest.
