On the 30th of September 2015, my phone buzzed at 9:32 in the morning from this number. Problem was, my phone was actually off at the time so there was no voicemail or anything. I ended up staring at the screen trying to figure who it might be, especially since my partner was in hospital recovering from a heart attack. To top it all off, I got told later that day about a family member passing away. Really didn’t need the extra stress from that call!

Got a quick call on my mobile around 11:45am on 30/9/15, then it just dropped. That number’s pretty private - only shared it with my doctor, dentist, closest family, and my kid’s school, so maybe 20 or so people tops have it. Seems like they’re using some automated system dialling loads of numbers at once and hanging up on the rest as soon as one answers. I thought that sort of cold calling was banned here already, guess they’re just doing it from overseas now to dodge UK rules.
