I think the caller just dialled the wrong number, seems like a simple mix-up.

Over the last few days, this number tried ringing me several times but I chose not to pick up. I got curious and looked it up online, since I didn't plan on returning any calls. Seems loads of people have labelled it as annoying and some shared really unsettling stories about the person behind the number. Proper relieved I ignored those calls!
