So he phoned me up and started talking about how much we pay for utilities in my area, which he clearly had no clue about. I told him, “You don’t even know where I live.” He got quiet for a moment, then tried to say it wasn’t a cold call. I just laughed and said it must be, since I never asked for the call. Then I quickly ended the call.
