Heads up! I got tricked by this scam about a year back, it was the same message but a different phone number. Today the same number rang me, claiming it was about a crash I was supposedly in. At first, it was a recorded voice, then an Indian guy came on and started talking about thousands of pounds in compensation I could claim. I cut the call immediately when it hit me - these lads are just scammers!

So, I got a call from some accident claims firm. The call kicked off with a recorded message, then if you bother to respond to their questions, they’ll transfer you to someone live. The moment you say you don’t want any more calls, they just cut you off straight away.
