Called them a couple of times already, and twice when my missus connected me, they just hung up straight away. Checked the 1471, then tried ringing back but it shows up as an unreachable number. Proper dodgy service.

Got a call from someone called "Tom" supposedly from UK Advisory Innovations about loft insulation. Definitely a dodgy setup, sounds like some automated voice thing. If you hang about or hesitate when speaking, it suddenly fires off questions about your age and whether you get help with decisions. Feels like a trap aimed at older, more vulnerable folks. What's creepy is that the calls come through as if from local numbers, so it's not easy to spot at first.
