Got a spam call asking if I had any side effects from my covid vaccine. They kept saying my first name but had no clue about my middle initials or last name. When I asked them who they thought I was, they just hung up. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

So this guy called saying he was James from the NHS, asking about my covid jabs. I told him I thought they’d already have that info on file. Then he asked if I’d had any side effects, which I answered without fuss. After that he started asking if I had insurance, which seemed odd. I then asked for his employee ID, and he gave me some number like 0840948. When I kept quizzing him a bit more, he suddenly freaked out and just hung up on me!

Got calls from an Asian bloke a few times, claiming to be from the NHS. Said he was checking up on whether I’d had the covid jab and if I got my vaccination card. Then he suddenly asked about life insurance, which was a total red flag. Pretty sure it’s a scam. When he rang again, I told him, “Hi Mr Scam,” as soon as I heard his voice. They claimed to be from the citizens advice bureau, but when I told them to stop calling as they’d already rung me around six times, I asked to be taken off their list. The person then said, “If I’ve called six times, why won’t you tell me why I’m ringing?” I just said I don’t owe them any explanation and hung up. They called straight back and shouted at me, throwing in a foul word about my attitude. Absolutely shocking behaviour!
