This time, however, there was silence on the line for about half a minute before they just hung up. Out of curiosity, I dialled 1471 afterwards, and lo and behold, it was the very same number! It’s beyond irritating, honestly!

I received a call from someone who addressed me by name. When I replied that the person they were looking for wasn’t in, I inquired about their identity. The caller feigned being a relative of mine, but when I pressed for more details, they abruptly ended the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
