Just got another call that was supposed to be my doctor’s office but turned out to be spam again.

I got a call from some car finance refund firm. They claimed they had a cheque for me worth about £1800, but then started questioning stuff about a car I'd previously owned. If they genuinely had the cheque ready, surely they’d already know those details? When I pointed this out, the person on the line got quiet and didn’t really have an answer. Before I hung up, I told them to delete my info from their system.
