Rather peculiar, isn’t it? I picked up the call only to be greeted by a recorded message instructing me to “hold the line whilst we connect you to someone available.” Then, rather annoyingly, some dreadful hold music started blaring. In the end, I decided to hang up.

Answered the phone and immediately heard a voice saying, "please hold while we connect you to an agent." Some music came on after that, so I just ended the call. Definitely not a number I wanted to be dealing with.
