3 yearsI got a call from someone claiming to be with Three, saying they could slash 40% off my current bill. When I asked what my bill was, they couldn’t tell me - they were just pushing that discount. I questioned how they’d know they could offer such a big saving when, firstly, they didn’t even know what I was paying. And secondly, they had the wrong provider entirely. The caller insisted they were already my supplier and the cheapest around, but said they couldn’t see my account or bills because they worked in a different department.
