This might be a fake number showing up, mine just played a message saying something like "we've been trying to reach you about your internet being cut off". It was a woman’s voice but sounded like some really bad text-to-speech, all jumpy and choppy. When I hung up, the call didn’t actually end, it kept going. I had to hit the handset button three times before it finally stopped putting me through to their so-called "tech support". I've put the number on my block list now.
