When I sarcastically said “thanks, I nicked a brand new iPhone 26 and needed my surname to make calls” he got all mixed up. Then he asked if the postcode was right, so I lied and said we’d shifted to Windsor Castle and kicked out the king! He asked for the castle’s postcode, so I started with W1 but soon lost interest.
