I answered the call but there wasn't any reply, only some sort of pretend busy office sounds in the background.

I tried calling this number back but it wouldn’t go through and no one picked up, even though the phone showed it was ringing. Could it be one of those premium numbers that just won’t connect? Seems dodgy to me.
