Back on 25th September 2019, this number gave me a ring about switching my tariff. I told them I don't handle the bill myself. Oddly, they seemed to know who my supplier was too.

On the 25th of September 2019, this number gave me a ring about switching my tariff. I told them I wasn't the one paying the bill. They even seemed to know who my energy provider was. Later, when I called the number back, a woman answered claiming to be from the utility helpline.

Got a bunch of calls from this number today, about 8 times! Something about energy bills or tariffs. Since I already use a comparison website, I’m pretty sure my deal is the best out there. So, yeah, blocked them straight away.
