I received a rather odd call from someone who insisted that I had been part of some sort of mishap “over two years ago, in Brecon.” Naturally, I wanted to dig a little deeper into this so-called 'accident', but the moment I pressed for details, the caller abruptly hung up. The call came through on my mobile at precisely 18:05 on 27th November 2014. Interestingly, he had quite a noticeable accent-sounded to me like he might be from Liverpool.
