These guys are proper annoying, always ringing me up. The number 01395 belongs to Devon, but then they use the first three digits 873 and twist the last three to dodge the blocked numbers on my phone. Calling it harassment wouldn’t be an exaggeration. The number says East Devon, but I reckon they’re actually operating from somewhere up in the North West of England.
