Someone rang claiming to be from BT Openreach but didn’t know anything about our account. When I questioned her, she rudely said I must not be the person in charge and called me rude. What a lame excuse. I tried calling the number back a couple of times but no one picked up. Pretty sure BT would answer right away if it was them. Total scammer, really frustrating!
