This bunch rang me a few times pretending they were from BT Openreach. They’re dodgy, trying to get you to visit a certain website supposedly to “repair” your internet. Sure, they fix it, but not in any way you'd be happy with! I've reported them to the police before.

I got four calls all on the same day, and every time I picked up, the line just went dead. Feels like it’s coming from a call centre? I looked it up and it seems linked to EE or something. Best just to block it, I reckon.

This definitely seemed like one of those call centre scams. The caller said they were from BT Openreach and told me to switch on my computer, saying it had some kind of infection. Pretty obvious nonsense if you ask me.
