Totally a scam! They claimed to be from Sky and said I was owed a refund. I asked them for my address to confirm, but they just made up some random details. The postcode they gave was somewhere in the middle of nowhere. When I called them out on it, they just ended the call.

I received a call from a woman with an Asian accent who claimed to be from Sky, stating that I was due a £205 refund. She was quite persistent in trying to obtain my bank card information and date of birth. It wasn’t long before I told her to jog on!
